These terms apply between Hamnsystem Sverige AB and the person who, by himself or through another person, books / pays parking space on husbilhudik.se.
The client / payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms. The supplier is stated as "husbilhudik.se", "us" or "Dellencat". The booking / payment is for rent of a parking spot in Hudiksvall at husbilhudik.se.
Customers / guests who do not comply with these regulations have husbilhudik.ses staff entitled to reject the area.
To book a boat site / pay harbor fee on the website "husbilhudik.se" the customer is required to be at least 18 years old. To be able to pay the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankId and Swish) is required.
The price includes rental of the spot and the booking fee.
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, this must be checked so that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer / customer to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In case of error, husbilhudik.se must be contacted within 7 days from receipt of the confirmation, however, no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Payment is made directly, even when booking.

Personal information and information from bookings at husbilhudik.se may be shared with the landowner for the parking lot and DellenCat Ek association for checking valid parking.
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer / guests in the party must immediately move from the area. In case of destruction or disturbing behavior, damages may be required by the customer.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events that are to be regarded as force majeure, Dellencat can cancel the agreement, whereby the customer with guests should be informed as soon as possible. Dellencat is in such cases obliged to repay the amount paid, except for the benefit that has been deducted from the site.
